PAC Core Objectives are centred on:

1. Intelligence gathering from the grassroots members majorly professionals and grassroots men and women.
2. Information collection from the grassroots and dissemination of the information to the Police and other security agencies throughout the country.

Although , SSS and Police CIB are statutorily mandated by the constitution to gather information for crime prevention and detection, but unfortunately these agencies do not have enough grassroots link to achieve much and the financial requirements involved is too much for government to fund. But PAC with its objectives and mission have both means through the grassroots link to assist Security Agencies in fighting and combating crime with wider help from the professional tradesmen and artisans under the umbrella of PAC and combined logistic support with computers and the internet.
